Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at or before 24 hours of expected appointment a fee will not be applied.
Cancellations made within 12 hours and up unto the appointment time booked OR a “No Show” will be subject to 50% of service booked. I will require a card on file at time of booking.
It is my goal to provide you with the best service possible to you and all of my clients. With respect to that, if you arrive 15 minutes late it will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy stated above. At that point we will need to reschedule your appointment to another date and/or time.
